Former Anaplan Support member here. If you continue to face issues, I know Anaplan Support used to copy Apps for users that were not working.
There used to be a bug associated with how the App was uploaded to the Server. I am not sure if it is fixed yet. The Support team may have some superpowers which can download any app from the app hub and copy it over to your workspace if this continues to be an issue.
I would reach out to them and see if they can help in this situation.

I'm unable create models. It says failed to load apps while I open apps. Could you please help.
It's been more than 3 months I requested for access to clear my test. I there anything I need to do in order to have it working for me?
