As I have just joined the anaplan learning platform. I am not getting any app on my page the page is clearly saying contact to your page builder .what to do now?

As stated in the training material, access to app is not provided in training workspace.

Does this mean there is no option for on-hands practice at this stage?

You can do this practice. You can create the UX in "My Pages"
