CA Certificates Accepted by Anaplan

Hi all,

I'm looking to register a CA Certificate with Anaplan and running into some issues. When I try to register my CA certificate I get an error message that reads."email should not be blank [null]"

This CA certificate was issued by my company. Do I need to procure a CA Certificate from one of the vendors listed in this article?https://help.anaplan.com/anapedia/Content/Administration_and_Security/Tenant_Administration/Security...

Hi brookec,

Self generated and signed certificates are not accepted. Only certificates issued by CAs listed in that post are accepted by Anaplan

Unfortunately, there are no free options for certificates currently...
