I thought I followed the steps properly, but my finished product looks like this but, according to the solution, it's supposed to list the regions in columns to the right of code. Can someone please help me understand what's missing?

Change your current view from All Regions to a detailed member.

@dnd2022You have made Region list as a Page Selector. Change it to Columns through Pivot view. Then you may get the answer.
