Level 2 Sprint 1 - Lesson 1.3.3 Import Data into Region Flat list

I am not able to import the flat file into the Region. Please help. Attached are the screen shots.

It says 0 updated.

@ankitaga2000, the Region Name is the name of the list item so it should be mapped to the Region Flat instead of Parent
