Issue
When creating or editing a process integration in CloudWorks, if the process you want to use for the integration has an action at the start such as a delete action or an update current period action then CloudWorks will show an error when you click create/update. The error displays ''Something went wrong,An unexpected error has occurred, please contact Anaplan Support.
Workaround
- Create a blank import that does not actually change any values or import any values into the model.
- Add this import to the start of your Cloudworks process.
- After this the Cloudworks job should create and run successfully.
