Type 30M or 30T to enter 3 millions or 3 thousand!

On a training course to enter 30,000,000 you can type 30000000 (hard to count zeroes) or 30e6 but why not simpy 30M? Just makes life easier, same with T for thousands

Just a side note, coming from an engineering background I commonly find those who use 30M to mean 30 Million (myself included)....and others who use 30M to mean 30,000 (like as in "M" the roman numeral). Because of this "M" can cause confusion. For thousands I would use 30k representing Kilo - but the point being that at least in my experience it's generally unclear on what's "correct"
