Why unable to pull the app?

Hi Community, can anyone help to understand the reason behind this error?

CommunityMember126793_0-1616743097313.pngPost login received the below error (tried more than once)..

Is this app no more valid? If so then is there any substitute of this app in hub?

@ChrisMullencame to the rescue, please use this link:

https://us1a.app.anaplan.com/launchpad/nonpublic/AppInstallWorkspaceRedirect.action?appstoreAppGuid=...

It takes a bit to download, but both Chris and I tested it and it works.

Are your credentials tied to any Anaplan Account?

Apologies for my ignorance. I really thought that you were searching it on community.

Last I heard there were a few apps which were taken down or were moved because either those were pretty old or were not built as per the Best practices. Not sure if this is one among those. Let me loop in@emilydunn. Can you get us some help here.

@rob_marshallI am WS Admin on one tenant but not on another one though registered with the same emailid. Is this cause an issue?

Do u have link of any other active app (publicly) which I can try installing just for checking purpose?I have tried but didn't through

It depends on where you are trying to download the app to. If you are downloading it to the workspace that you are a WSA, it should work.

@rob_marshall2 clicks and receiving that message:

1. Search for this app and clicked on "sign in", it automatically logged me in and not prompting for login (probably cache worked).

CommunityMember126793_0-1617283277343.png

2. Next window

CommunityMember126793_2-1617283457142.png

Tried on another browser also (where nothing was cached).... in fact after clearing the cache & history also....

Post clicking on Get app > Sign-in.... it gives in-general login window..... how to specify the specific WS?

CommunityMember126793_0-1617284352755.pngUsername is same for both the tenants!
