You can use Clone (duplicate your connection) available next to "New" in Anaplan Tab of excel to copy in same workbook.You cannot do a direct copy paste as the connection will be lost in the new workbook.
Anaplan creates a link from the column where you keep your cursor. You will see the header added, with last refresh details, Module name etc. And you should not add/delete any columns to therightfrom this connection column onwards as each cell will have direct link with Anaplan.Hope this helps.
