You need to change the mapping settings. In fact, your departments (E1) are inColumn Headers.
With this approach, it will automatically detect where the data is and the loading will go correctly.
With the current mapping, you are trying to load text values (bonus, %) into numbered cells. Therefore, the loading will ignore them.
