How to get access to old Model

Hello,

I have completed Level 2 by completing all 4 exams(Sprint1,2,3,Conclusion) 6 months back but did a mistake by not submitting the model history as I have assumed by finishing the 4 exams I can start Level 3 later. But now I am unable to start Level 3 as I have not submitted model history of (Supply Chain model) but to submit the model history I do not have access to the (supply Chain) model, May I know how to get access to that model now.

You need to understand where you were trained and where the model is located. If it was put in the archive, it will be possible to put it back online. If your colleagues still have access to it, they will be able to give you back access (check with them).

If the model was deleted more than 90 days ago, it is unlikely that it can be restored.

As a last resort, you can contact the training center support. Often there are technical failures, when the course is not counted. Support will always help!
