Cumulate Function in numbered list

I am facing cumulate function issue for numbered list.

If unique index number of numbered list are #1 and #3 , without #2 (deleted for some reason), cumulate function fails to cumulate for list item with unique index number #3.

Please suggest any fix for this.

It's working for me. Please check below.

1. Before deleting #3

The formula used is CUMULATE(Value, FALSE, Numbered) where Numbered is the name of my numbered list.
