Formula not accepted in exam for FX

I need some help here. I am attempting the exam and I dont get why the below is getting rejected? This formula works fine

I know this is exam question but I went through the FX task again and again and it is using the same format. Is there a point I am missing?

That question is annoying. I had the same problem. There needs to be a space after the word LOOKUP:
