Lin, send a note to academy@anaplan.com with the alias you would like. Also send them the email that is being used so they know how to merge the accounts.

Just did it myself this week and it came out fine.

@filip.sypniewski - Can you try logging out of Community and logging back in?  It should (fingers crossed) take care of resolving itself then!
